Job Description

What you´ll do Drives sales devel-t and growth with assigned customer portfolio and newly developed leads, where needed with new projects/dev-t programs. Executes local sales plans for assigned accounts in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers. Manages new leads and lead qualification within assigned customer scope. Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors. Works closely with others and other Henkel departments to provide the best customer experience. Executes pricing actions. Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities. Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account. Performs regular check of Supplier Portals incl. supplier news, quality / audit issues and production data updates of major accounts. Manages special requests incl. order release, credit limit, debit / credit / return goods. Supports transactional processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards, e.g. price and contract management in the IT-system (SAP). Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory. Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints.
