Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do Handle all returned products and merchandise. Communicate with Customer Service to obtain required return authorizations and documentation Inspect returned items, document findings, and adjust inventory in the WMS. Tear down scrap merchandise and dispose of unusable material according to company procedures. Prepare and file all necessary documentation and forms to finalize and close out returned goods. Maintain accurate records of all return items. Review incoming materials and coordinate with Quality Control Support Distribution Operations
