Job Description

About this Position What you´ll do Support the Global Consumer Market Intelligence (CMI) team in addressing key consumer, trend, and market questions that inform long-term category strategies and innovation priorities across global Consumer Brands categories Identify, analyze, and monitor emerging consumer and cultural trends, macro-level market dynamics, and competitive activities to uncover long-term drivers of change and emerging growth opportunities Conduct structured research using trend intelligence platforms, and business intelligence sources to identify evolving consumer needs, behavioral shifts, and whitespace opportunities for innovation Translate consumer and market signals into actionable insights and strategic implications that support decision-making across Strategy, R D, and CMI teams Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure insights are embedded into strategic discussions, innovation pipelines, and category planning processes Support the monitoring and evaluation of trend and insight initiatives by tracking engagement, adoption, and feedback to continuously enhance their impact and relevance Contribute to strengthening future-oriented consumer centricity and competitive intelligence capabilities that help guide long-term growth strategies and category development
