Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do Develop, implement, and sustain industry-leading training programs for the site (best practices). Develop and maintain the training matrix for the site. Own training record-keeping metrics and ensure audit-ready documentation. Update training programs to incorporate policy, regulatory, legal, and system changes into the curricula. Support team resources and facilitate process improvement events. Identify, train, and lead qualified on-the-job trainers for all production areas. Create both digital and classroom-based training content. Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to provide guidance on training content, delivery, scheduling, and logistics.
