What you´ll do Maintain and service existing accounts by providing technical/ application, logistics, and quality support. Cultivate, qualify, and validate leads. Actively manage pricing system Support customer special requests including: order release, credit limit, debit/credit, customer complaints, agreements, and price quotations. Serve as lead contact for distribution partners: transactional processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards, price and contract management. Manage customer base to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively seeking feedback and expeditiously addressing customer concerns. Coordinate with technical team to conduct line trials, troubleshoot, identify cost saving opportunities, and provide continuous improvement.
