About this Position We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Engineer to join our Vietnam General Manufacturing Maintenance division. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the general industrial segment, specifically targeting markets such as e-motor, electrical machinery, assembly other industries across a defined territory. What you´ll do Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in general industrial markets such as e-motor, electrical machinery, and assembly. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and channel partners. Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs. Conduct product demonstrations and trials in collaboration with technical teams. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. Collaborate with internal teams (R D, marketing, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
