Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do The Packaging Technician is assigned to a packaging line to work as part of a three or four-person team. Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications Ensure that all equipment operates smoothly and meets quality control standards to deliver high-quality products Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed. Willing to work weekend overtime shifts. Participate in HPS activities. DMS-Daily Management System: CILT, CL, DH o CILT-Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening o CL-Centerlining o DH-Defect Handling Maintain a safe and clean working environment
