SHE Responsible Indjija

What you´ll do As SHE Responsible – Plant Indjija, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving Safety, Health, Environment, Fire Protection, and Waste Management systems in line with local legislation and Henkel global standards. You will coordinate risk assessments, audits, trainings, incident investigations, and sustainability reporting, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. This role closely cooperates with production, engineering, contractors, and external authorities to ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable working environment.
