Our UK Supply Chain team plays a critical role across Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Excellence and Customer Collaboration, helping to deliver excellent service to our customers. We are looking for a proactive and people-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Excellence Supervisor, supporting our Professional Retail business. This role is key to ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, strong operational performance and seamless collaboration across multiple business functions. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving processes and making a visible impact in a fast-paced environment. What you´ll do Supervise customer service activities including order management, delivery monitoring, invoicing, claims handling, credit management and master data processes Lead and coordinate daily team operations to ensure deadlines, service levels and quality standards are consistently achieved Support, coach and develop team members through regular communication and training Monitor KPIs and produce reports to support performance tracking Drive process improvements, automation and digitalisation initiatives to increase efficiency Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, GBS+ and wider support teams Manage escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution for customers and stakeholders Ensure compliance with company standards, sustainability requirements and health and safety guidelines
