About this Position The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management and success of the branch, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, strong sales performance, compliance with safety and legal requirements, and exceptional customer service to mining-sector clients. What you´ll do Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day branch operations Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues proactively Ensure compliance with legal, company, and industry regulations Maintain and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards Identify risks within the workplace and implement mitigation measures Achieve and exceed branch sales targets and revenue goals Promote company products and services to mining-sector clients Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch business Identify new opportunities within the Northern Cape mining market Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Utilise CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools to track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts
