Are you a project manager looking for your next big challenge? Do you know what it takes to deliver complex changes in an Agile operating environment? Are you comfortable presenting to and influencing senior management stakeholders?
We're looking for an Initiative Manager to:
• manage the delivery of one (or more) new change initiative as part of larger IB-wide strategic and/or regulatory change programs. Examples of projects we handle include European T+1 Settlement, CRD VI, transaction/trade reporting regulations, and others
• manage the project plan, resources, risks, issues, delivery schedule, and quality
• steer a multidisciplinary team through the full project lifecycle
• develop strong relationships with all project stakeholders
• provide regular updates to senior management
• ensure that Run-the-Bank teams are kept informed, involved, and able to take on their new responsibilities after go-live
