Key Responsibilities: Prepare/Review, Implement and Monitor HSE Policies and Procedures. Conduct Site Inspections, Safety Audits, and Risk Assessments. Ensure Compliance with Local Safety Regulations and Company Standards. Investigate Incidents, Accidents, and Near Misses, and Prepare Reports. Conduct Toolbox Talks, Safety Inductions, and Awareness Training. Monitor the proper use of PPE and Safe Work Practices. Prepare and Maintain HSE Documentation and Records. Coordinate Emergency Response and Safety Drills.
