Job Description

- Supports the Project Manager, Technical Manager and Design Manager in their inter-department coordination matters. - Ensures the relevance of progress inputs, reporting and other communication tools between Suez and SWS, - Monitor progress and report project status to managers identifying any areas of issue for further action - Establish technical reports asked by the client or top management. - Gathers, prepares, and presents the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and performance insights. - Maintain safe and sound work atmosphere at site and comply with all HSE regulations - Supports the local teams in proposing improvement documents, either concerning technical issue or related to the improvement in the management system. - Liaise with other departments to achieve maximum planning/work efficiency. - Ensure work activity and behavior do not, through act or mission, place their own Health and Safety and the Health and Safety of others at risk. - Report any / and all workplace hazards, unsafe acts or conditions to the immediate supervisor. - Report all incidents to Managers in a timely manner, no matter how minor.
