Maintenance Leader Report: Plant Director, O M Manager Job Description Establish a preventative and routine maintenance procedure and plan Monitor and record all maintenance activities, alert Plant Director the significant maintenance. Identify and evaluate when the equipment to be replaced Maintaining the physical condition of equipment by performing routine inspections and repairs Repairing or replacing defective components Performing scheduled maintenance on equipment such as motors, valves, instruments, pipes ect Installing new pipe, machinery, equipment, ect Working with contractor for equipment repairing, replacing when needed Monitoring machinery operation to ensure that it's working properly Inspecting machines and equipment for signs of damage or wear Applying preventative measures to the equipment to reduce the risk of future problems Maintaining inventory levels of spare parts in case they're necessary for repairs Maintaining inventory levels of consumables: oil, grease, tools, ect Prepare the RFQ for purchasing the equipment, sparepart, consummable Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries Ensure the compliance of HSE as per company policy and local regulation Other maintenance works as assigned by Plant Director Requirement: Gradation with mechanical background Min 8 years relevant experience in plant maintenance Proficient Microsoft Office application (word, power point, excel…) Good knowledge about HSE in maintenance activities. Good communication and interpersonal skill and team work Hard working, enthusiasm, dynamic, self-confidence to meet deadlines Well organized, detail-oriented Experience of working in water or wastewater treatment plant is preferable Knowledge in English is a plus From Ba Ria – Vung Tau is an advantage
