Conduct due diligence, including field inspections, and monitor ongoing projects. Analyze and approve requests for construction progress payments.
Provide plan, specification, budget and design consulting for new developments and alterations.
Advise on property conditions as they relate to suitability for investment and collateral.
Report to Chief Architect and work with other professionals in the Real Estate Investment Group.
