Lead weekly defect occurrence reduction meetings and coach engineers on improvement activities.
Provide engineering guidance and leadership for urgent or chronic supplied part related concerns.
Review ISR/PCR submissions for adherence to SQA standards.
Ensure compliance with all company rules, policies, procedures & takes appropriate corrective action.
Lead and train a team of quality engineers to ensure continuous improvement by directing, prioritizing, and following up.
Participate and lead multi department cross functional task teams.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
