Job Description
1. Be responsible for equipment inspection to ensure safety and complete the daily production targets.
2. According to work orders, production plans or the foreman's requirements, complete material requisition, CNC program writing, fixture and tool installation, first article debugging and inspection, batch production and inspection, and ensure timely transfer of finished products to the next process after production.
3. Cooperate with engineers to continuously improve, reduce manufacturing costs, increase production efficiency at this position, and reduce defects.4. Ensure no abnormalities in product quality and keep measuring tools, fixtures, tools, and other auxiliary equipment in good condition.
5. Perform 5S duties at this position every day and keep all items in the assigned area clean, tidy and properly arranged.
6. Fill in various relevant reports as required every day and promptly report any abnormal issues to the foreman.
7. Other related matters assigned by superiors.
