This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr QA Analyst and Support Business Analyst based in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of quality assurance, business analysis, and client-facing support, contributing to the delivery of large-scale, integrated enterprise SaaS solutions for public sector clients.
You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability and service quality across complex workflows spanning multiple business domains such as benefits administration, finance, and payroll.
The position involves designing and executing comprehensive test strategies while also supporting ongoing production environments after go-live.
You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Beyond testing, you will act as a trusted point of contact for quality and operational support decisions, helping ensure smooth client operations.
This is a hybrid technical and business-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement, and client engagement.
