Guest Services Assist. Manager

Manage staff in the outdoor guest service operation to help provide exceptional service at the Atlantis resort service stations while promoting and overseeing the Atlantis experience through positive interactions and overall quality service. He/she may act as a coordinator for special events or groups as well as resort activities that occur in the recreation and/or marine facilities. The assistant manager works closely with other levels of management throughout the division and the resort to better understand and effectively manage revenues while ensuring high levels of guest quality and satisfaction.
