Kitchen Steward

Washes and stores all pots, pans, dishes and kitchen utensils/equipment: mop floors, assists in garbage disposal and completes other special cleaning projects in the proper manner during the assigned shift. Responsible for the sanitation of the assigned general kitchen areas or function sites. To set up and break down functions and events according to company standards and other assigned projects.
