Logistics Assistant Manager

Ensures all aspects of the Logistics Operations services, particularly; floor coverage. Enforces policies and procedures that ensure that the set-up and service provided in this arena is considered equal to any in the Convention and Meeting Industry, worldwide. Challenge staff through training, coaching, mentoring and education. Enforces controls and operating procedures to ensure that the budgeted financial results are achieved.
