We are looking for a Director of Sales to join our team. In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on driving new business growth and expanding strategic client partnerships. You will work cross-functionally to deliver value-added retail solutions that combine creative, production, logistics, and technology-enabled capabilities to solve complex client challenges.
This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening executive-level client relationships, and partnering with internal teams to execute go-to-market strategies that support continued revenue growth. The Director of Sales will help foster a culture centered on accountability, execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Shift available: Monday through Friday, standard business hours. This role requires up to 25% travel for client meetings, industry events and team collaboration and is based out of our headquarters location in Chanhassen, MN.

On top of that you must have:
- a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 8-12+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within retail marketing, visual merchandising, print, or related industries
- 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience managing teams and revenue goals
- a proven track record of winning and growing large enterprise accounts
- experience selling complex solutions that include technology-enabled platforms
In this position, you will:
- lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on new business development
- drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with brands and retailers
- build and maintain executive-level relationships with client stakeholders
- partner cross-functionally to develop strategic, value-added retail solutions
- collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
- support go-to-market strategy execution alongside executive leadership
- monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging business opportunities
- drive accountability, forecast accuracy, and operational discipline across the sales organization
- foster a culture of execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- other duties as requested by management

Compensation Range: $150,000 - 175,000 annually, plus variable commission
