As a Security Officer Licensed Patrol in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a professional financial institution location, where you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the lobby, offices, parking areas, ATM surroundings, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, access, or security-related issues.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and/or high-traffic public spaces to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor processing, and follow site protocols for deliveries, contractors, and after-hours activity.
• Assist with alarm response, opening and closing procedures, and incident documentation while maintaining professionalism and strong communication with staff, customers, and first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
