: Serve as the Los Angeles Showroom expert by driving team efforts to create, manage, and execute LA showroom initiatives and best practices that elevate the visibility of the adidas brand to our customers and partners. Key Accountabilities : Oversee operations and end to end experiences for LA Showroom as the key Brand Experience point of contact in the Los Angeles office. Develop, manage, and execute events for the LA Showroom, partnering with key internal stakeholders including GTM, Wholesale, Workplaces teams and senior leaders. Apply meeting planning best practices to drive consistency across catering, production partners, audio visual, merchandising, etc. for the LA Showroom. Leverage best practices across internal tools (event briefs, event overviews, event recaps and workbacks). Drive scheduling for LA Showroom that supports overall adidas business. Track and manage budgets for LA showroom needs and events according to brand priorities and business initiatives, while ensuring all aspects of the plan are within estimated budget. Responsible for management and communication of event budgets. Responsible for PO’s. Collaborate with cross-functional team partners and external agency partners to develop experiential strategy, operations, production, and event creative. Partner with cross-functional leaders to execute a consistent approach to seasonal milestone workback planning. Collaborate within the Brand Experience team to ensure consistency across planning and execution of events across all GTM milestones and any showroom-related experience. Knowledge Skills and Abilities : Strong project management skills, oral communication, able to deliver clear, concise information tailored to specific (and potentially varied) target audiences. Knowledge of the brand experience industry, trends, and strategies. Knowledge of the meeting planning industry, trends and strategies. Experience in a highly cross-functional organization. Strong negotiating and influencing skills. Proficiency in budget management. Strong communicator that is clear, concise, and tailored to various audiences both written and oral. Ability to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization. Ability to work independently under minimal guidance. Ability to manage up in order to set, drive and effectively communicate information and raise concerns or request/ advocate for support. Ability to cope with change, make decisions and act comfortably with uncertainty. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to travel by aircraft domestically as needed. Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience): Four-year college or university degree, emphasis in marketing or communications preferred. Minimum 3-5 year event management experience, or comparable. The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $98,400 - $149,600. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.
