Facilities Engineer II

This position ensures smooth operation of facilities and building systems in Costa Rica manufacturing plan including but not limited to process water system, HVAC system, clean room support, incoming power, water supply, air compressed system, building maintenance, fire protection system, sanitary system and janitorial service. This position will supervise technicians, cleaning personnel, external contractors and an internal preventative maintenance system; maintaining an overall plan to execute on preventative and emergency actions. Address minor and major facility and equipment problems, ensuring optimum service and functionality.
