Returns Desk Clerk

Job Purpose/Objective:

The Returns Desk Associate is responsible for efficiently checking in returned products from the Delivery Truck Drivers and accurately entering the customer credits and RMAs into the Keany Produce Company inventory management system.

Essential Job Functions:

• Enter credits, receive RMAs, and document other returns accurately using Produce Pro
• Keep area clean and within OSHA regulations
• Discard of any unsellable product
• Restock product
• Accurate documentation
• Communicate unusual returns to Manager
• Communicate unusual quality returns to quality control
• Organize pallets

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: 6 months experience in warehouse shipping / receiving environment
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of warehouse processes, product flow, and basic computer knowledge
• Ability to manipulate data, perform calculations, and compile information into reports
• Operate walker/rider electric jacks
• Organized, strong initiative, creative problem solving
• Ability to work with a diverse work force
• Basic math
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills
