What You will Do:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable AI and machine learning solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
- Work closely with QA engineers, automation engineers, and DevOps teams to augment existing tools and processes with AI capabilities.
- Lead the design and development of AI/ML models and intelligent automation solutions aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools, platforms, and accelerators into the existing ecosystem.
- Drive continuous improvement by measuring the impact of AI adoption on defect leakage, automation efficiency, and delivery timelines.
What You Will Bring:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science with strong foundation in Data Engineering and Machine Learning
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 4+ years in AI/ML
- Strong programming experience in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience in applying AI within engineering domains such as QA, DevOps, or automation.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered developer productivity tools.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives, influence teams, and drive technology adoption.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational challenges into AI-driven solutions.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Exposure to AI-driven testing tools (e.g., self-healing automation, intelligent test generation platforms).
- Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted DevOps (AIOps) and observability platforms.
- Knowledge of AI governance, ethical AI, and responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with PC OEMs/Hi-Tech industry, work experience in PC OEM/ODM companies.

Pay Range: $90K- $110K
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
