Role Overview
We are looking for process/ piping designers and P&ID validators to join our team and support engineering projects through accurate drafting, design updates, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will work on P&IDs, PFDs, plot plans, and design revisions, ensuring drawings are aligned with project requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review P&IDs and 3D scans for discrepancies and markup required changes
- Review and revise P&ID designs based on redline markups
- Create plot plans from 3D scans with correct representation of equipment, piping, valves, and fittings
- Assign tags for all equipment, instruments, and piping
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements
- Identify and document ambiguities in a structured way and communicate them to relevant stakeholders
- Guide team members on technical clarifications and issues
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input where required

Work Experience
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in AutoCAD 2D drafting (P&ID, PFD, GAs, etc.)
- Bachelors of Engineering in Chemical Engineering
- Familiarity with applicable national and international codes (ASME, ASTM, EURO, CSA, AS, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively in diverse teams
- Adaptability to new tools and technologies
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
