Overview

Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Office

Location: Cleveland, Ohio Work Arrangement: Hybrid

About the Role
The Executive Assistant is a highly trusted, high-impact role designed to extend executive effectiveness across the enterprise. Built for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this role goes well beyond task execution — it enables business cadence, supports executive decision-making, and ensures alignment and follow-through across teams. The goal is simple: keep executives focused on their highest-value priorities.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
Partner closely with assigned executive(s) to optimize time, priorities, and focus through proactive calendar, travel, and inbox management — preparing them for high-impact internal and external engagements including leadership meetings, board interactions, customer briefings, and executive reviews.
Anticipate executive needs, surface risks proactively, and remove friction to increase effectiveness, serving as a trusted proxy for logistical and informational coordination while escalating substantive decisions appropriately.
Own the logistics and mechanics of leadership forums in partnership with executives and/or Chiefs of Staff, including leadership team meetings, All Hands, and quarterly reviews — ensuring inputs are prepared, materials are ready, and outcomes are captured.
Drive meeting follow-through by tracking decisions, action items, and deadlines, maintaining consistency and discipline in recurring business rhythms while adapting to shifting executive needs.
Draft, refine, and manage executive communications — including functional updates, leadership messaging, enterprise communications, and executive-level presentations for senior leadership and board audiences.
Leverage productivity tools, automation, and AI to streamline workflows, identify opportunities to improve executive leverage and communication flow, and bring structure and momentum to complex or ambiguous situations.

Role Essentials
You'll be set up for success if you have:

7+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite or equivalent) in fast-paced, complex organizations
Demonstrated ability to operate beyond traditional administrative tasks while remaining execution and enablement focused
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft polished executive-level communications and presentations
Proven ability to influence, coordinate, and drive follow-through across teams without direct authority
Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of organizational dynamics, confidentiality, and executive operating models

What We'd Like to See
Bonus points if you bring:

Highly organized, detail-oriented work style with strong judgment, dependability, and consistent follow-through
Comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and sensitive or confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with modern productivity and collaboration tools used in enterprise environments
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve personal efficiency and streamline executive workflows
Flexibility for up to 5% travel to support executive engagements as needed
