The Asia Pacific Marketing Team is part of the DHL Supply Chain APAC Growth Team.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and curious individual to join us as a Marketing Intern. This internship will provide hands-on experience across a variety of marketing functions, supporting strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.

 

 

Within this role you will work closely with the regional marketing team to develop, plan and execute complex marketing campaigns and marketing materials!

Responsibilities

Content Development

  • Assist in the creation and editing of customer-facing content, such as customer meeting slides, case studies, videos and more
  • Help manage and organize assets within the Global Content Hub
  • Ensure brand consistency by applying global brand guidelines across materials

Event Support

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of industry, customer and selected internal events
  • Assist in preparing event materials, speaker briefs, and post-event documentation
  • Support lead tracking and follow-up activities in collaboration with sales teams

Marketing Campaigns

  • Support the development and execution of regional marketing campaigns
  • Participate in stakeholder briefings to understand campaign objectives and target audiences
  • Assist in drafting campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and leverage existing assets
  • Contribute to campaign performance tracking and insights generation

Sales Partnership & External Communications

  • Work with sales teams to support joint marketing initiatives and co-branded materials
  • Assist in preparing external communications such as press releases and customer success stories
  • Help coordinate with external partners and vendors for content production and distribution

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this position, we're looking for candidates with below qualifications:

  • Experience with shooting and editing video on Canva or similar software
  • Proven event management experience, especially with attendee and registration management
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and a team player
  • Excellent team player and motivator, prepared to lead from the front and to cheerlead
  • Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Interest in B2B marketing and logistics is a bonus
