Technical Presales Apprentice

At TD SYNNEX, we are looking for an Apprentice to become part of our thriving technical community.

You’ll join a specialist presales team focused on specific solution/technology area, building hands-on knowledge and working towards industry accreditations, often aligned to one primary vendor. You’ll support our sales and partner community by helping shape less complex solutions and projects, producing accurate solution “parts lists”, answering technical queries, and building confidence through structured learning, coaching, and real-world exposure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work with the sales team to support design and configuration of vendor solutions, including defining a Bill of Materials (BoM) to meet customer requirements.

• Deliver outstanding service quality and meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

• Take ownership of an assigned Request Manager resolver group (you’ll be trained on the process and how to manage requests end-to-end).

• Respond promptly to partner/internal queries and customer care issues, escalating appropriately when needed.

• Communicate product and technology information clearly to internal and external audiences.

• Handle product/solution enquiries from internal/external sales, vendors, and resellers.

• Learn how vendor promotions work and how to apply them in solution design and quoting context.

• Progress your technical capability and achieve relevant vendor accreditations as part of your development plan. 

What You’ll Bring

• Genuine interest in technology and a desire to start a career in IT (you don’t need prior work experience in tech). 

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal). 

• Strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritise and plan your work. 

• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work towards accreditations.
