How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Supervise day-to-day clinical activities and resources to champion a culture of excellence and high-quality delivery within your department.
Coordinate team scheduling and professional training to empower staff and ensure seamless operations across shifts.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to proactively remove barriers impacting patient care and satisfaction.
Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate clinical outcomes and enhance overall patient care journeys.
Champion departmental compliance and regulatory standards to maintain a safe, secure, and top-tier clinical environment.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking
Must be a licensed clinician in rehab services.
