As a FP&A Analyst you’ll be responsible for providing End to End FP&A support to the Markets/country organisation, team up with the Finance Business partner in driving the financial performance of the organisation towards Growth, Profitability and Cash including decision support and in driving the E2E processes related to Business Planning and Forecasting.
What you’ll do
- Provide end-to-end Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) support for an assigned Signify business unit.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including General Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and HR.
- Lead core business planning processes, including Outlooks, Annual Operating Plans (AOP), and 3-year strategic planning.
- Act as the focal point to the business, delivering decision support through financial analysis, insights, MIS, and performance reporting.
- Drive operational excellence alongside business stakeholders, focusing on:
- Sales and margin management
- Regional, portfolio and customer profitability
- Manufacturing and non-manufacturing cost reduction
- Budget control over discretionary spending
- Management of WOCA including slow-moving and obsolete inventory
- Management of Free Cash Flow
- Participate in key business forums (e.g. weekly sales reviews, performance reviews), ensuring follow-up on action items and proactively highlighting financial risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain flexibility in working hours to support global markets.
What you’ll need
- Finance-related degree
- 5+ years of FP&A / business finance experience
- Strong planning, forecasting & analytical skills
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder communication & multitasking skills
