As a Senior Campaign Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support the achievement of agreed financial targets and provide full transparency of status throughout delivery
- Use technical coding skills (e.g., SQL, SAS) to extract, analyze, and generate insights from data
- Synthesize insights from multiple sources, including customer research and third-party data
- Develop and implement complex behavioural triggers to support targeted communications
- Investigate and validate data issues to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Build, maintain, and optimize propensity models for communication strategies
- Define and develop measurement frameworks and performance metrics for campaigns
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor communication performance
- Document assumptions, methodologies, and key decisions for transparency and governance
- Help mentor team members to build capability and knowledge
