We are a Southern California-based kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling company with over 40 years of experience delivering high-quality home improvement projects and exceptional customer experiences.

We are growing our remote operations team and looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator who can help manage active remodeling projects, client communication, scheduling, and overall project flow.


About the Role

This is a fast-paced coordination role focused on keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently from start to finish.

You will work closely with homeowners, installation teams, sales representatives, and internal departments to support day-to-day project operations and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the remodeling process.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in:

  • Project coordination
  • Operations support
  • Scheduling or dispatch
  • Client communication
  • Remote support for U.S.-based businesses
  • Construction, logistics, home services, or service-based industries

We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple moving tasks in a remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate active kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling projects
  • Schedule installation appointments and project timelines
  • Communicate with homeowners regarding updates, schedules, and expectations
  • Coordinate with installers, sales representatives, and operations teams
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records
  • Monitor project progress and follow up on pending items
  • Assist with payment tracking and financing documentation
  • Help resolve scheduling and operational issues quickly and professionally
  • Ensure projects remain organized and on track from scheduling to completion

Qualifications

Preferred Experience:

  • Project coordination or operations support
  • Scheduling, dispatch, or logistics coordination
  • Customer-facing communication roles
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or companies remotely
  • Construction, remodeling, home services, or field operations experience is a plus
