District Manager

The District Manager is responsible for the profitable operation of all apartment communities in the portfolio, while ensuring excellent customer service and responsible asset preservation. The District Manager will maintain CONAM’s fiduciary responsibilities in the supervision and direction of the day-to-day operation of the apartment communities, under the supervision of and with specific authority delegated by CONAM's designated broker. Where applicable, in affordable communities, maintain regulatory and governmental compliance with the affordable programs relating to the property.
