Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, personable, and highly organized Part-Time Intern to support day-to-day workplace operations with a primary focus on front desk coverage, facilities coordination, and employee engagement support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and helping create a welcoming and well-run office environment.


This position is highly visible and plays a key role in shaping the employee and visitor experience. The intern will serve as the first point of contact for guests, support office logistics, and assist with event coordination and general workplace needs.


What You Will Do 


Front Desk & Reception 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients
  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage visitor check-in and badge/access processes
  • Answer and direct incoming inquiries (in-person, phone, email)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

Facilities & Office Support

  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; restock as needed
  • Coordinate deliveries, mail distribution, and shipping logistics
  • Assist with conference room setup, including technology and seating
  • Support general office organization and upkeep across shared spaces
  • Liaise with facilities or vendors for basic office needs.

Event & Engagement Support

What You Bring


Required 

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college program 
  • · Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • · Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • · Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

Additional Requirements

  • Must have access to a personal vehicle for occasional errands (mileage will be reimbursed)
  • Ability to be on-site during scheduled part-time hour
