Job Description

 

  • Maintain Public and Gateway Schedules.
  • Obtain schedule from carrier website, track changes, and update schedules as necessary.
  • Clear schedule group errors.
  • Provide resolution on issues pertaining to vessel schedule maintenance.
  • Perform necessary clean up on duplicate schedules.
  • Generate STT Master
  • Handle and execute Healthcare/Pharma shipments (documentation) as per organizational guidelines, customer requirements and GDP Principles.
  • Contributes improvement ideas.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers.
  • Compliance with the work procedures & data privacy
  • Daily Huddle board updates
  • Daily update of Productivity files
  • Work overtime and/on weekends when required.
