Own coordination of outbound shipments with major carriers, selecting optimal modes to balance cost, risk, and delivery timelines.
Execute all outbound shipping transactions in SAP with accuracy and audit-ready documentation.
Manage inventory and replenishment of shipping consumables and packaging materials.
Oversee receiving, inspection, and disposition of incoming materials, returns, and repair or replacement shipments.
Provide informal training and guidance to shipping team members to support operational consistency, without formal people management responsibility.
Respond to emergency delivery needs during on-call rotation.
Operate forklift and other material handling equipment as needed to support inbound and outbound operations.
