As an Associate – B2C Sales, you will support the growth of our professional qualifications portfolio by engaging with prospective learners and guiding them toward the programmes best suited to their career aspirations.
In this role, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional learner experience by building relationships with prospects, supporting enrolment activities, and helping drive revenue growth across the Academy’s qualifications portfolio. Working closely with internal teams, you will develop your consultative sales capabilities while gaining exposure to the professional education and capability-building landscape across the Middle East.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Engage with prospective learners through inbound and outbound channels to promote PwC Academy’s professional qualifications and training programmes

Build and maintain strong relationships with learners by understanding their career goals and recommending suitable learning pathways

Support the end-to-end enrolment process, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience

Maintain accurate learner and sales pipeline records within CRM systems and support reporting activities

Follow up on leads and enquiries in a timely manner to maximize conversion opportunities and achieve individual and team targets

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, learner engagement initiatives, and programme launches

Lead on-ground promotional efforts such as Univeristy and School outreach programmes, information sessions, conferences and other events.

Develop a strong understanding of PwC Academy’s portfolio, market positioning, and key professional qualifications

Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and learner needs to support business growth opportunities

Contribute to a collaborative team culture by demonstrating accountability, agility, and a learner-first mindset

Uphold PwC’s values and professionalism in all learner and stakeholder interactions
What You’ll Bring

Years of experience: 1-2 years of experience with a relevant training industry background

Technical Skills :
-
Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management, Salesforce Experience preferred

Knowledge of professional qualifications (ACCA, CMA, CPA, CFA, CIPD) preferred

Soft Skills:
-
Strong consultative sales and client relationship skills with proven ability to meet targets

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities
-
Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
-
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
-
Experience in the GCC market would be a plus

Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must
