Job Description
The Dining Server plays a key role in providing a warm, welcoming, and high-quality dining experience for residents in a senior living community. This position is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by assisting residents with meal selections, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean, safe, and pleasant dining environment. Dining Servers build meaningful relationships with residents, demonstrating patience, compassion, and attentiveness to individual needs and preferences. They collaborate closely with kitchen and dining staff to ensure timely and accurate service while adhering to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
