Job Description
A Dining Server in a Senior Living community provides warm, resident‑centered meal service that supports both hospitality and the unique needs of older adults. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming dining environment, assisting residents with menu selections, accurately taking and delivering orders, and ensuring that mealtimes are safe, dignified, and enjoyable. Dining Servers collaborate closely with culinary and caregiving teams, follow all dietary guidelines and sanitation standards, and build positive relationships with residents by demonstrating patience, compassion, and attentive service.
