Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes and local recruiting strategies for our fast-growing business;
- Job Advertisement management and development of recruitment-related LinkedIn posts;
- Interview process management and responsible for first interviews;
- Define sourcing strategies for the best talents, proactively or depending on the business needs;
- Create and maintain a good pipeline of suitable candidates for recruitment processes;
- Having a consultancy mindset – Act as Relationship manager for candidates, hiring managers & 3rd party providers if applicable;
- Prepare recruitment, onboarding, and HR data to present to management;
- Attend and/or organize networking and employer branding events/conferences in key recruitment regions when relevant;
- If necessary, Support HR activities – Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits & Compensation, Learning & Development, DEI, Employer Branding, among others;
- Provide strategic support for operational HR functions, including onboarding procedures, with a focus on optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness;
- Contribute to a continuous improvement of culture by fostering an environment where feedback is valued and acted upon.
