Prepare and coordinate account opening and client profile update documents.
Model, rebalance and generate transactions for portfolio managers to review.
Verify the impact of Portfolio transactions before they are executed.
Liaise with internal equity and fixed income traders.
Review client investment policies.
Support CSAs
Provide analytical support for sales and marketing activities.
Prepare presentations to clients and prospects as requested by portfolio managers.
Prepare and verify compliance reports.
Analyze the performance of investments.
Customize monthly and quarterly reports for clients.
Possibility in the medium term to assume additional responsibilities in a more direct relationship with customers.
Understand how JFL’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with the firm’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.
