Job Description
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Manage customers acquisition in the allocated market.
- Strategically Build strong distribution infrastructure including Trade partners and sales teams.
- Manage Creation of demarcated trade routes and allocated respective channels to service the route.
- Ensures that M-Pesa brand is visible in the Region.
- Manage teams Productivity and KPI delivery in the region.
- Manage Cascading performances targets for supervisors & TDR’s and Trade partners in your market.
- Plan Mystery shopping, brand audit, agent audits
- Ensure that all outlets have float/cash availability within the set standards
- Ensure that agent issues are addressed within SLA
- Ensure that customer issues in outlets are addressed
- Ensure that all planned activities are executed by all teams in the region.
- Regional managers will be accountable for Trade Malpractices in the region.
