Job Description
What you will do
- Provide first-line technical support for live telecommunications information systems.
- Monitor and maintain fixed and mobile network technologies across access, transport, and core domains.
- Perform analytical troubleshooting activities to ensure network availability and performance.
- Identify, analyse, and escalate software and hardware issues in line with operational processes.
- Document network incidents clearly and accurately within designated systems.
- Collaborate with internal Vodafone teams and maintain effective communication with suppliers.
- Support operational and project-related activities in line with agreed timelines and performance indicators.
