Job Description:

Responsible for providing intermediate-level support and participating in projects involving applications, solutions, integrations, and infrastructure maintained by the Single Sign-On (SSO) and Authentication Management team. This role supports and administers enterprise authentication platforms, including SecureAuth, CLEAR, Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and related identity and access management technologies, ensuring secure and reliable access to organizational resources. 

Maintains service level agreements (SLAs) through effective use of IT service management and ticketing systems to investigate, troubleshoot, resolve, and document authentication-related incidents, requests, and problems. Assists with the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of authentication solutions, integrations, and access management processes across the enterprise.

Creates, maintains, and updates technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy and consistency. Serves as a point of escalation for Associate Engineers and provides guidance and technical assistance as needed. Participates in system upgrades, testing, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives related to authentication services.  Demonstrates working knowledge of scripting and automation technologies, such as PowerShell, to support operational tasks, system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvements within the authentication and identity management environment.

Maintains availability through phone, instant messaging, and email during normal business hours and provides after-hours support for critical issues as required. Participates in the Identity Management (IDM) team's on-call rotation and responds to service-impacting incidents to ensure the continued availability and security of authentication services.

Maintains the highest standards of security, privacy, and compliance by safeguarding account information and ensuring the protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI), and other sensitive data at all times. Supports organizational security policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to identity, authentication, and access management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificates [Required]

• Ability to work well with people of varying levels of technical abilities. [Required]
• Ability to gather, analyze, report, and present information. [Required]
• Ability to train and educate others [Required]

• Solid understanding of ITIL principles [Preferred]
• Knowledge of PowerShell [Preferred]

Education:
• Bachelor's four-year degree related to information technology [Required]

Field of Study:
• Four-year degree related to Information Technology

Work Experience:
• 2+ experience in healthcare information systems. [Preferred]
• 2+ project management experience. [Preferred]
• 4+ server/systems/network administration experience in a work environmen [Required]
• 5+ it experience [Required]
• Change management experience. [Preferred]
• Experience with Microsoft Project, and planning/managing execution of project-related tasks. [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$66,170.74 - $123,073.07
