Key responsibilities:

 

1. Develop annual Brand plans/Therapy plans comprising innovative strategies in-clinic/digital/pharmacy/patient level to drive top-line achievement, and ensure sustainable growth and profitable business of assigned therapies in alignment with the global strategy.
2. Converting strategies into creative and effective promotional mix/ tactics to attain Therapy/brand leadership, customer loyalty, and team motivation.
3. Analyzing and allocating resources amongst therapies and brands commensurate with product life-cycle and market opportunity.
