Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment community
- Lead leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals
- Manage rent collections, budgets, and financial performance
- Ensure excellent resident service and timely resolution of concerns
- Supervise and support onsite leasing and maintenance teams
- Maintain compliance, reporting accuracy, and property standards
- Partner with regional leadership to drive community success
Qualifications
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with leasing, marketing, collections, and resident relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required (Entrata experience preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
