What You Bring:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- 1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Saturday availability required
- Tech-savvy with Outlook, Word, Excel; Entrata & social media a plus
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player
Key Responsibilities:
- Lease apartments and manage resident files
- Tour and maintain model units
- Provide excellent service to prospects and residents
- Support marketing efforts and uphold Fair Housing standards
